To access the full range of nurstargame services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) nurstargame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. nurstargame employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nurstargame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurstargame login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nurstargame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You must notify nurstargame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. nurstargame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised or is being used in an unauthorized manner.

nurstargame supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your nurstargame account within minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. nurstargame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. nurstargame aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) business days, though GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. nurstargame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: nurstargame is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. nurstargame reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

• Funds deposited into your nurstargame account may only be used for gaming purposes on the nurstargame platform.
• nurstargame does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• nurstargame reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined that the funds originated from a fraudulent or unauthorized source.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where nurstargame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

nurstargame may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all nurstargame promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

All bets placed on nurstargame are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are available within the respective game interfaces. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

nurstargame reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed on events that had already concluded at the time of placement, and bets placed in violation of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records maintained by nurstargame's systems shall be the definitive reference. nurstargame's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes and bet settlements shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• nurstargame reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or series of bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, nurstargame will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from system logs and settle the bet accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nurstargame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the nurstargame platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any nurstargame game or system.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of cheating.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

• Engaging in any conduct that nurstargame reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or nurstargame staff.

All content on the nurstargame platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of nurstargame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nurstargame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nurstargame content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any nurstargame content.
• Use any nurstargame trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any nurstargame content on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of nurstargame's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, nurstargame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall nurstargame's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nurstargame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. nurstargame is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You agree to use the nurstargame platform at your own risk.

nurstargame reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to nurstargame's internal complaints procedure. You may submit a complaint by contacting our customer support team. nurstargame will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through nurstargame's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nurstargame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
